ADRIAN CHURCHILL has had a 20 year career in the theatre that has taken him around the world. Thank you to Rite of Passage Theatre and the FIT for having him. Much love to his wife and daughter (and in-laws) for allowing him the time to come play.

WHITNEY HOLOTIK is thrilled to be working with this fantastic cast and crew and to be a part of FIT again.  After studying at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City, she stayed in NYC before returning home to Dallas and is so proud to be part of this amazing theatrical community here.  Whitney's favorite recent Dallas projects include Various Roles in Alice in Wonderland and Other Hallucinations (Nouveau 47 Theatre), Bernadette in The Magdalen Whitewash (Out-of-the-Loop Festival), a reader in the Belarus Free Theatre'sBeing Harold Pinter, Roberta in Danny and the Deep Blue Sea (BGPT).  Whitney would like to thank the cast and Cassie for all their inspiration and playtime.  Also, she would like to send her deepest gratitude to her friends and family for their continued love and support, and to God for His infinite blessings.

CHRIS RAMIREZ is going into his third year at Baylor University majoring in Theatre Performance, with a minor in Film and an emphasis on Theatre Marketing. Chris has appeared in shows such as Grease (Danny Zuko), The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (Tom Sawyer), The Shadow Box (Brian), Cabaret (Kit Kat Boy), Titanic: A New Musical (Charles), Macbeth (Murderer), Henry IV (Prince Hal), The Adding Machine (Mr.Zero), How I Learned to Drive (Male Greek Chorus), Anna in the Tropics
(Santiago). He also recently assistant directed The Gin Game at OnStage in Bedford. Chris has loved the experience with Rite of Passage and hopes to work with them again in the future. Sic 'em, Bears!

ELIZABETH EVANS is making her debut with Rite of Passage and is thrilled to be back at the FIT. Her last FIT was two years ago in Holy Rollers with White Rock Pollution. She has also been involved with the FIT spoof show for the past 3 years. Elizabeth is currently a company member with The Ochre House Theatre and has been seen in the past season’s productions of Bill (Joan Vollmer), Umlauf’s Bicycle (Twinkie), Memphos! (Gigi) and The Butcher (Gerty). She has also worked with Second Thought Theatre, Audacity Theatre Lab, Teatro de La Rosa, Stage West and Nouveau 47 Theatre. Elizabeth holds a BFA from Midwestern State University and currently teaches and directs at Plano Children’s Theatre. Thanks to all her family and friends. And remember to always listen to the singing oysters in your hearts….awww.

ADAM GARST is thrilled to be working with Rite of Passage Theatre Company! Adam graduated from Baylor University in 2010, earning his BFA in Theatre Performance. Some of his favorite roles include: Bobby Strong in Urinetown: The Musical, Konstantin in The Seagull, and Robert Martin and The Drowsy Chaperone. He would like to thank the fantastic cast and director of Sous Chef for creating such a creative and fun work atmosphere. Of course, he would also like to thank his family and friends for all the support they have given him. Bon appetit!

CASSIE BANN is making her professional directing debut with Sous Chef. As an actress, some of Ms. Bann's DFW credits include: 
The Magdalen Whitewash, Gint (Broken Gears Project Theatre), SubUrbia (Upstart Productions),
The Sisters Rosensweig (Contemporary Theatre of Dallas), The Skin of Our Teeth and The Long Christmas Ride Home (Stage West), and several productions with Rite of Passage Theatre Company. Cassie is proud to be part of the Executive Ensemble at Rite of Passage and an Artistic Team Member for Upstart Productions. She holds a BFA in Theatre Performance from Baylor University and teaches theatre during the day. Cassie can be seen elsewhere at this year’s FIT in The Madness of Lady Bright with One Thirty Productions. Many x's and o's to her friends and family!

NIC McMINN is a graduate of Baylor University with a BFA in Theatre Performance. Nic is a Dallas actor, director, and lighting designer. Nic has worked with numerous theatres throughout the Metroplex including WaterTower Theatre, Dallas Children's Theatre, Onstage in Bedford, and many others. He is currently a company member of Rite of Passage Theatre and a member of the FTP Comedy Troupe. Nic is the Assistant Technical Director at Richland College where he assists with directing and acting training.

ROBERT ASKINS was born in Cypress Texas in 1980. He moved to New York in 2005. Rob has received two E.S.T./Sloan grants, and an Arch and Bruce Davis Award for Playwriting. He has been commissioned by Divercity Theatre and Baylor University. Rob's play Princes of Waco was produced and developed by Youngblood. Most recently his play Matthew and the Pastor's Wife was a part of Marathon 2010 at the Ensemble Studio Theatre.
